HR Supervisor for Angola

Urgent opening for HR/OHS Supervisor - Angola (Africa)

Experience : 4-5 HR role/similar position

Qualification : Bachelor Degree in HRM.

Major Responsibilities:

• Associate will be required to coordinate with different members of the production, HR and OHS teams on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of activities at the plant.
• The Person will work closely with head of departments to ensure that members of the team understand their roles and responsibilities and assist wherever there is a communication problem.
• The person will also be responsible to participate in and lead training sessions for the staff as required.
• The person will conduct toolbox meetings with the teams and will also be required to perform other HR duties as designated by the HR Director.

Person specification:

• Bachelor Degree in HRM
• 3-4 years in an HR role/similar position
• Language: English, Portuguese and Hindi (we prefer to have someone who speak all three languages but if we cannot find we can accommodate for someone who is fluent in Hindi and English)
