Multiple Construction Vacancies in South Korea

Urgently required for a leading Comprehensive Engineering Consulting Firm that provides Planning, Feasibility Studies, Design, Analysis, Testing, Supervision, Commissioning, Evaluation/Assessment and Consulting and Training Services in all areas of Engineering such as the Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment, Water Resources Management, Urban Planning, Road Traffic, Structures, Harbor and Ports, Rail, Environmental Engineering, etc.

Team Leader / Highway Engineers

-Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with a post-graduate qualification in project management or related fields.
-Minimum of 20 years of road project related experience with at least 10 years recent experience on similar projects involving reviewing of designs and supervision in complex concrete and steel bridge structures, tunneling, and asphalt concrete pavement construction as resident engineer/project manager.
-Minimum 5 years of international experience on similar projects and should have 5 years in administration of contracts with ADB/World Bank assistance (FIDIC-type conditions) mandatory.
-Familiar with various international construction standards, and a permanent staff of the consulting firm implementing this consultant contract

Deputy Team Leader / Highway Engineers

-Masters in Civil Engineering Degree with 15 years of relevant experience in the supervision of large scale Highway Construction Contracts on similar position.
-Minimum 5 years of international experience on similar projects required

Resettlement and Social Development Specialists

-Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant fields.
-Minimum 15 years experience with 10 years of project related experience in any infrastructure project, in road projects which involved resettlement and land acquisition with ADB/World Bank assistance.
-Experience of work in International countries will be an advantage.
-Minimum 5 years of international experience on similar projects required

Environment Specialists

-Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, environmental engineering or any other related fields.
-Minimum 15 years professional experience with 10 years of project related experience in any Infrastructure project, in Road Projects through environmentally sensitive areas with ADB/World Bank assistance.
-Minimum 5 years of international experience on similar projects required

Material Engineers / Quality Control Specialists

-Minimum of Civil Engineering Masters degree, with post-graduation in related field.
-Minimum 15 years latest international experience in Construction of Roads, Quality Control for Road / Bridges / Building working in similar capacity large size Road Construction Projects.
-Experienced in the review of cement concrete pavement designs, establishing QA/QC procedures, setting up laboratories, mix designs and testing procedure, and working in International countries.
-Conversant with ISO procedures applicable to quality assurance and management system in construction. Minimum 5 years of international experience on similar projects required

Geotechnical Engineers

-Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or geology engineering or related degree, with post-graduation in related field.
-Minimum of 15 years latest international experience in construction of roads with similar geological environment and terrain, supervision of highway geotechnical works, design experience of bored piles in rock, earthworks and retaining structures, and familiar with current computer design software for geotechnical works, and quality control for road/bridges/building working in similar capacity large size road construction projects.
-Minimum 5 years of international experience on similar projects required

Contracts Specialists

-Masters Degree in Civil Engineering degree or related field such as international construction contract management.
-Minimum of 15 years latest experience as contract specialist on road projects; international experience as contract specialist on various road projects executed under FIDIC conditions of contract, should have provided assistance in the context of adjudication or arbitration dispute cases, issuance of variation orders, grant of extension of time, claims and their disposal, etc.
-Minimum 5 years of international experience on similar projects required

Tunnel Electric and Mechanical Engineers

-B.E. / B.Tech in Civil engineering or Electrical / Mechanical or related degree, with post-graduation in related field.
-Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in supervision of Highway / Road Tunnel Electro-Mechanical works on the similar position.
-Minimum 5 years of international experience on similar projects required.

Tunnel Engineers

-B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with post-graduation in related field.
-Minimum of 15 years of experience in design and construction/construction supervision works with 8 years of experience in tunnel construction supervision.
-Minimum 5 years of international experience on similar projects required.

Bridge / Structural Engineers

-B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering with Licensed as a professional engineer with 15 years latest experience in design and construction / construction supervision works with at least 8 years of relevant experience in highway bridge construction supervision.
-Experience of construction of bridges involving RCC/Pre-stressed concrete, design standards, technical specifications, establishing QA/QC procedures.
-Experience in International countries and experience of designing bridges on pile/well foundation, in earthquake zones, and in developing countries will also be advantageous.
-Minimum 5 years of international experience on similar projects required

Pavement Engineers

-B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the site management of large-scale highway projects, design and the construction supervision of large civil works contracts, especially construction of cement and asphalt concrete pavements, under FIDIC-type conditions.
-Minimum 5 years of international experience on similar projects required
