Technician (Turbo Compressor Vibration)

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Oil & Gas-Maintenance Project.
Assists in carrying out vibration surveys as designated on all types of rotating, receprocating and static equipment on all Company specified equipment.Responsible for downloading the route to data collector and uploading the vibration data from data collector to vibration analysis software.
Assists in carrying borescope inspection of major rotating and stationary equipment's.
Assist in carrying out vibration analysis using the software that includes GE Bentley Nevada System 1 Evolution version, CSI RBM ware, Bentley Nevada ADRE SXP.
Assist in preparation of technical reports
Assist in carrying out RECIP TRAP survey for reciprocating machines

Sr. Technician (Turbo Compressor Vibration)

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Should have minimum 8 years experience in Oil & Gas-Maintenance Project.Carry out vibration surveys as designated on all types of rotating, receprocating and static equipment on all Company specified equipment.Carry out borescope inspection of major rotating and stationary equipment's.
Analysis of vibration data using the software that includes Bentley Neveda, CSI RBM ware.
Carry out RECIP TRAP survey for reciprocating machines available in Company's facilities.
Carry out the motor current analysis for accessing the motor condition.
Preparation of technical reports on equipment survey and giving the recommendation for any abnormal equipment conditions.
Perform calibration checks on vibration switches and probes.

Senior Technician (Turbo-Compressor Condition Monitoring)

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineer

Experience: Should have minimum 8 years experience in Gas Plant or similar field.
Responsible for the collecting and trending of equipment parameters of all equipment as directed by the Company Equipment Support & Reliability Engineers.
Preparation of technical reports on equipment condition using the daily trending of equipment reports.
Responsible for lube oil analysis of rotating equipment and preparation of lube oil analysis reports
Responsible for the collection, trending and preliminary analysis of equipment operating parameters from DCS, CCC, System1 and GE Mark Vie Panels
Responsible for keeping the track of all rotating equipment performance and preparation of equipment's Reliability / Availability reports.
Shall be familiar with ASTM, ISO & API standards related to lube oil analysis

Senior Instrumentation Technician

Qualification: Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics

Experience: Should have 8 years experience in similar field.Experience in Pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic Inst, control systems, rotating equipment instrumentation
PLC such as Siemens, Hima, Allen Bradley etc.
DCS's such as Rosemount RS-3/ Foxboro IAS/ Honeywell TDC3000 and like.
Exposure to protective system, startup logic, vibration and governing system of reciprocating/ centrifugal machines.
Should be familiar with Oil industry Safety standards.
Supervises the works of the Contractor's personnel working under him.
Be able to read P&ID's, loop diagrams etc.
Identifying requirement of manpower and materials for Preventive Maintenance Programs.
Performs and/or direct preventive maintenance, defined in the preventive maintenance program.
Promptly reports the events and the activities to the concerned supervisor in terms of manpower/spares utilized.
Records /logs daily report,calibration activities and spares utilization

Instrumentation Chargehand (Rotating Equipment)

Qualification: Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics

Experience: Should have minimum 8 years experience in similar field. Instrumentation & Control systems incl microprocessor based system, engine management system, rot. Equipment, gas turbine, Variable speed motors & gas compressors
