Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing Safety & Fire Service plans, managing the implementation of the same as per the guidelines and conducting safety inspections/audits, occupational health surveys, surveillance and field auditing for compliance
- Develop Risk Assessment and program for accessing and mitigating risks across the Plant
- Providing training to employees and contractors
- Review the plant Fire & HSE statistics against the set HSE objectives and plans and advise the Management on the areas of improvement.
- Preparing status reports to monitor the compliance, developing contractor safety management guidelines and number of safety motivational / training programs for improving the safety culture within organization.
- Formulating and implementation of Safety Systems and managing Fire and safety statistics.
- Maintenance of MIS
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.E Fire & Safety Engineering Full time/ Any Engineering graduate with Diploma in Fire & Safety from recognized university
- 2 years experience working in a plant as Fire & Safety Officer
- Willing to relocate to Bangladesh for a period of one year
- Valid passport with minimum 1 year validity
- Immediate joining within one week
