Department: QA/QC

Position:

1. Material Laboratory Coordinator: (1 no.)

Education: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering (Mech, Civil, E&I)

Exp:
6 - 8 years of which minimum 4 / 6 years in relevant discipline for Material inspections at project site or Product / Process inspection at Vendors' Shops.

Technical certification: Should have the relevant Inspection certification competency and knowledge of relevant Codes and Standards for rail industry.

2. QC Communication Inspector: (1 no)

Education:
Diploma / Degree in relevant telecom

Exp: 6 - 8 years in Inspection in communication system of which minimum 4 years in Large value Railway construction Projects. Exposure to relevant inspection / test procedure as per Technical Specification & knowledge of acceptance limits is required.

Technical Certification: Should have the relevant Inspection certification and knowledge of relevant Codes and Standards for rail industry.

3. QC Document Controller: (2 no)

Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Civil

Exp: 6 - 8 years in Document Control and handling of which minimum 4 years
in large value rail construction projects.

4. QC Electrical Inspector: (1 no)

Education:
Diploma / Degree in Electrical

Exp: 6 - 8 years in Inspection in electrical of which minimum 3 year in relevant EPC/Construction Infrastructure including rail projects. Exposure to relevant inspection / test procedure as per Technical Specification & knowledge of acceptance limits is required.

Technical Certification: Should have the relevant Inspection certification competency and knowledge of relevant Codes and Standards for industry.

5. QC Instrument Inspector: (2 no)

Education: Diploma / Degree in Instrumentation

Exp: 6 - 8 years in Inspection in instrumentation of which minimum 3 year in EPC/Construction Infrastructure including rail projects. Exposure to relevant inspection / test as per Technical Specification & knowledge of acceptance limit is required.

Technical Certification : Should have the relevant Inspection certifications and Knowledge of relevant Codes and Standards for industry.

6. QC Track Laying Inspector: (2 no)

Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Civil

Exp: 6 - 8 years relevant experience rail project looking after track laying, repair, and maintenance for standard rail project with equipment used in regular rail projects or in plant yards, quarries, sand and gravel pits, and mines. Including ballast cleaning machine operators and railroad bed tamping machine operators

7. QC Welding Inspector: (1 no)

Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Welding Metallurgical Engineering

Exp: 6 - 8 years in Welding Inspection of which minimum 3 year in EPC/Construction Process Plant including rail projects.

Technical Knowledge: AWS-CWI / CSWIP 3.1, ASNT Level-II in RT & PT necessary

Technical knowledge: International contracting codes are required.

2. Draftsman: (3 nos)


Education : Diploma in Civil Engineering

Exp: Experience of 5 - 8 years in drafting in Civil Engineering of which minimum 3 years in Rail construction Project of large value.

Technical knowledge: Engineering Draftsman Knowledge with local experience in UAE and currently available in UAE are required.

3. Sub Contract Administrator: (1 no)


Education: Degree in Mechanical / Civil

Exp: Experience of 15 - 25 Years in Contracts and Sub - Contracts for major Construction and Rail projects.

4. Logistics and Transport Coordinator: (1 no)


Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical

Exp: 6 - 8 years in Logistics & Transport and handling of which minimum 4 years relevant in large value construction Projects, preferably rail project.

Department: HSE

Position:


1. Journey Manager / Traffic Officer: (1 no)

Education:
Diploma / Degree in Mech / Civil Engineering with requisite HSE qualification.

Exp: 12 - 15 years relevant experience in the Rail sector and also in land Transport Safety Operation. Knowledge of various HSE standards pertaining to Rail Safety is required apart from conversant with relevant rules and regulations of UAE. Experience in traffic engineering is preferred.

2. PTW Coordinator: (1 no)

Education:
Engineering Graduate / Diploma in Fire Safety Engineering from recognized University.

Exp:
8 - 10 years relevant experience in with good knowledge in large EPC projects / Process plant construction including rail project should be capable of:
HSE Plan for activities involving Permit to Work requirements.
Ensure adherence to Permit to Work system as per the HSE MS, clients requirement. Impart training to all personnel on Permit to Work procedure.
Identify PTW needs as per the requirement.
Interact with 3rd party HSE training provider, clients PTW Engineer.
Liaise with the client for implementation of Permit to Work system.
Close out the permits, extension of the permits as per the procedure.
Track the active and closed out permits.

Technical Knowledge: Permit to Work procedure & system is a must.
