Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant (Food & Beverages)
- Supervise and schedule staffs working hours and activities
- Responsible for ensuring consistently high quality of food preparation and services
- Assess food necessity for restaurant and manage products ordering from suppliers
- Respond to customer complaints and solve problems
- Responsible for preparing reports including sales, cost, and budgeting
- Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- University Degree or Diploma Holder
- Candidate must be between 25-35 years of age
- Good personality and service-minded
- 2-3 years experience in similar position
- Self-discipline and detail oriented
- Good command in written and verbal English
