Support Specialist to Audit Department
 
Qualifications:
 
·         Higher education;
·         Relevant 2 years of working experience in administration;
·         Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel);
·         Fluent in English and Russian;
·         Strong administrative and organization skills, attention to details & ability to set the priorities.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Daily helpdesk activities:
 
·         Accept and process incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence;
·         Organize business trips: order taxi, forms of ordering tickets and per diems;
·         Preparing expense claims and invoices;
·         Support in filling out the timesheet;
·         Maintain general support activities for department’s staff.
 
Coordination of contracts issues:
 
·         Interacting with internal units (In-house legal, Finance departments);
·         Interacting with external units (notarial offices, clients);
·         Coordinating and monitoring results.
