Location 2-3 Months (India), Upon getting visa Long term to Netherlands @ Client Headquarters
Profile Managed Service Onsite Coordinator (Lead)
Qualification Graduate engineer with MBA
JD
1. Would be responsible for Managed Service Parameters i.e. KPIs, SLAs, transitions plans and mechanism, relationship management, customer connect, business planning, reporting, SPOC for Shell to manage the contract
2. Very effective business communication with Relationship Management skills
3. Understanding of business management
4. IM back ground (preferable)
