Experience: 3 to 6 yrs.
Candidate will be responsible to manage a small accounting team.
Responsible to manage inventory accounting - from order to Landed costing , take into stock and transfer to jobs.
Responsible to manage Debtors - close Debtors input by 3rd working day. Send statements. Collections.
Responsible to manage Payable - account reconciliations, control order process, negotiate prices, co-ordinate deliveries to job sites.
Payroll preparation, manage employee issues.
Cash flow management, Account reconciliations.
Prepare job cost reports every 15th and 30th to discuss with project managers.
Monitor internal controls, audit checks.

Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant & managing 5-7 staff with construction industry.
Experience in Construction accounting will be good.
Experience in managing integrated accounting package esp. MYOB will be an added advantage.
Should have excellent written and spoken English.
Must be ready to relocate at Fiji.
