Qualifications/Skillset:
- Designs, develops, modifies, evaluates and trouble-shoots electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems in Lasers .
- Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.
- Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability.
- Review vendor capability to support product development.
- Leads the Test Engineering team in transferring, continuous design and develop test process, software and database for the Laser manufacturing .
- Analyzes the requirements from internal and external customers, derives solutions, designs the systems , breaks down the tasks and assigns them to respective engineers for development
