Experience: 12 to 22 yrs.
1. Hands-on and in-depth experience on SAP HCM module at-least 5 yrs direct experience on SAP.
2. Worked at-least for 5 yrs in the FMCG sector and total manufacturing experience at-least 10 yrs.
3. Specific exposure on drafting and implementing different HR and Administration Policy.
4. Handled directly the Labour Union matters.
5. Handled Corporate affairs matters (General Administration, Legal, Statutory (Licenses and permits etc.), labor court cases, Insurance, facilities management and Man Management)
6. Handled the security and should have in-depth understanding on the various security aspect.
7. Direct and in-depth exposure on PR and IR issues
8. Suitable qualification in the field of Human resource from a recognized professional institute.
