Experience: 5 to 9 yrs.
6-7 yrs exp. in Industrial Catering background, good oral and written communication, holding valid GCC license. Ability to lead a team of supervisors & Officers , Knowledge of different types of Menus, Ensure complete client satisfaction.
Identify new clients in Catering business in private & public sect. Preparing business plan & budgets, ensuring they are achieved. Implement the monthly Marketing strategy & plan. Preparation of tenders. MIS Reports. costing as per Menu +No. of Pax.
