Location: East/South USA

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Directly responsible for the companys revenue.
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals.
  • Manage the use of budgets.
  • Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
  • Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
  • Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Hire and develop sales staff.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function.
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful channel and partner programs.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
  • Support and attend trade shows, customer and marketing events as needed and requested.
Revenue Responsibilities:
  • Meets or exceeds all established revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis. 
  • Assures that each territory in the region is consistently achieving established revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis. 
  • Through appropriate targeting and management of key sales force activities, assures that new products launched gain immediate revenue traction in the region. 
  • Assures that appropriate share gain strategies are in place in each territory and the required conversion activities are being conducted on a regular basis. 

 Incentives can be 2-2.5 times the fixed CTC

  • US work experience is must. Preferably in East/South USA.
  • Candidates must have experience in Medical Imaging and Informatics sales and support with a current knowledge and understanding of Electronic Health Records (EHR), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archive and Communications Systems (PACS) workflow. 
  • Successful track record as a professional sales in Medical IT Products. 
  • PACS or IT knowledge a plus.
  • Computer literate. Should include a demonstrated proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and preferable experience with salesforce.com. 
  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Viewed as a role model and leader by peers and others across the company, and has taken on a leadership role in the region. This will be evidenced by a willingness and ability to accept and engage in key responsibilities during regional meetings, being a positive contributor in a team environment, having assisted in the professional development and training of new sales representatives, and having taken an active role in his/her own professional development and growth.
