- Sound Exp as Chef having Managerial Exp in BAKERY / CAKES / DELI CONCEPTS and expertise in Central Production Kitchen with Chefs Managing the Production.
- Ability to Manage entire Production"s daily routine process and it"s Crew of about 100 Employees
