Applicants must have a background in Confectionery or some exposure to confectionery department
Commi I
Must have experience in Confectionery Department/Hot Kitchen.
Minimum 2 Yrs Exp as a Commi I
Should be able to speak Basic English
Should not be older than 40 Yrs
Waiter
Must have good command over English
Must be neat & presentable with good manners
Minimum 1 yr exp in a similar post
Exp with service in Confectionery preferred
Must be not older than 40 Yrs
Candidates for the above vacancies can expect a Good Basic Salary together with FREE TRANSPORT & ACCOMODATION
Demi Chef De Partie
Minimum 3 yrs Exp in a Similar Role for the Confectionery Department.
Should have pictures of dishes prepared in the past.
Must have good command over English.
Age Limit : 40 Yrs
Restaurant Manager
Minimum 5 yrs Exp in a Similar Role
Experience with the confectionery department is preferred but not mandatory
Age Limit : 49 Yrs
Head Chef
Minimum 5 yrs Exp in a 5 Star Hotel
Exp with the Confectionery Department in a Must.
Managerial Exp is also required
Candidates must be Degree Holders
Must have portfolio of dishes overseen/prepared in the past
Candidates for the above vacancies can expect a Good Basic Salary together with SPECIAL ALLOWANCES FOR FOOD, TRANSPORT & ACCOMDATION
All the above vacancies are open to candidates only who have worked in INDIA.
Overseas Exp Is NOT PREFERRED.
