A degree level qualification in Civil Engineering and 05 years experience.
2. STEEL FIXER FOREMAN - 05 nos.
Applicant must have at least 07 years experience in leads and controls Steel Fixers engaged in all activities concerned with the civil works.
Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) toensure and timely completion of the works.
3. CARPENTER FOREMAN - 05 nos.
Applicant must have at least 07 years experience in carpentry and supervision of other trades
Duties will include the following, reading and interpretation of blueprint, liaison with owner, architect, engineer and building inspectors
Layout, metal stud framing gypsum board, wood trim etc.
4. GENERAL FOREMAN - 04 nos.
Applicant must have 07 years experience General foreman plan, organize and coordinate building projects.
General foreman Administrative responsibilities often involve planning and coordinating a job, ordering materials and managing manpower to ensure the job is completed on time etc.
