Experienced Continental/ Mediterranean/ Seafood Chef / Cook required for new opening restaurant in Sunshine Coast, Australia

    Duties Include: 

    Involved with daily menu & corporate catering menu keeps the role varied
    Taking charge of specific buffets on a regular basis.
    Food preparation
    Cooking meals to order
    Operating commercial cooking equipment
    Checking quality of presentation
    Maintaining a clean kitchen

    Experience and skills required:

    Must have 4-5 star hotel / restaurant experience
    Cert III or IV in commercial cookery 
    Food Safety certificate
    Food handling and preparation experience
    Experienced in working in a commercial kitchen
    Excellent communication and organisation skills
