Candidate should be young and have an experience in any Good Branded Restaurants Holding the Sales & Operations of the Restaurant . Currently work experience in Operation Management, Marketing/ Business Development, Client Servicing, vendor Management and Team Management. with Excellent communication, inter-personal, liaison & problem solving skills; ability to work in multi cultural environment.will be highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible to Manage Operations & Sales of a Restaurant
- Daily Sales Build-up Activities and Creating and Managing LSM Plans.
- Delivery Sales channel, Breakfast Sales Channel, ODC and Restaurant food promotion operation.
- Monthly creations of Action Plans to boost sales and regular analyses of the same to check the effectiveness.
- Weekly & Monthly Inventories of the stocks and Food cost and P&L review with Finance Team and Senior Ops Leaders.
- Preparation of Monthly P&L account of the restaurant.
- Ensure the sales target set by the company is achieved with extra margin.
- Inventory Management and in store filling in positive ratio.
- Ensure the qualities standards through continuous supervision and training.
- Execution of company promo and continuous local tie ups.
- In store training & staff handling to ensure smooth operation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is always high by following standards set by the Company.
- P&L and costs review every month with Managing Director and Director of Operation.
