- Responsible for the day to day financial operations of the Air Conditioning Company
- Responsible for budget and cost controls, financial analysis, best accounting practices, analyze, interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve financial performance of the Company.
- Implement process-based quality management system ISO 9001:2008 in the Finance Department.
- Supervise the internal audit and compile the financial records for the external audit.
- Ensure excellence in Finance Department by training, developing and recruiting the staff.
- Responsible for Taxation and payroll.
- Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the Company
- Responsible for all the statutory compliance.
- Develop & implement Finance S.O.P.
- A young, dynamic, energetic, highly visible, approachable and results-oriented leader, must have excellent operational experience as well as great people skills in order to provide a high level of leadership to in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of perform and exceed targets.
- Ability to work under pressure. Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to achieve results in all areas of the balanced scorecard (revenue, profit, GSS, and employee engagement).
