REQUIREMENT:
The candidates should have the following:
They should be out of box thinkers
They should have the attitude of ownership of product development
They should be enthusiastic
A reasonable communication skills
Managing Windows Server and IIS
Manage and motivate people who work on .NET platform
Understand Customer requirements based on telecon call
Document customer requirements
Assign customer requirements to developers and own complete responsibilty in delivery
Manage a set of customers for development through conf call with US team.
Leadership Quality
Should be able to work under stress.
Should be able to understand the DNA of the company and work towards it,rather than having a fixed working model
Should be able to stick with the company for long term
Have indepth knowledge in managing SQL server
