Job description :
1 Candidate must have work experience in Pesticide synthesis or formulation plant
2 Production of WP, EC, SC, EW formulations types of crop care products.
3 Calculation of formula and oversee the quantity and quality of input raw material
4 Supervise staffs to operate in accordance with production SOP; to deal with unexpected situations
5 Development, improvement of Production SOP, as well as interdepartmental SOP
6 Development and execution of work plans
7 Assignment, supervision and performance appraisal of department personnel
8 Maintenance and control of Production tools and consumables
Education: College or above
Major : Chemistry or Chemistry related
Work Experience : 3-5 years experience in pesticide factory
Language requirements: English or Chinese
Hostel provided by company including utilities.
Meal subsidy provided for work day
