Qualf: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.S
Job Location: Taiwan / Germany
Job description:
-Good understanding of analog concepts along with experience in layout/Mask design of complex analog circuits.
-Good understanding and hands on experience in power management blocks.
-Deep understanding of reliability analysis in layout like EM, IR drop, latchup, ESD, etc.
-Preferably should have worked on tsmc and umc processes.
-Capable of interacting with customers.
-Should posses good debugging skills on physical verification tools ( DRC, LVS, XRC) .
-Industry experience in 16nm, 20nm, 40nm, 28nm custom layout.
Skills required:
a. TSMC 16nm, 20nm, 40nm
b. UMC 28nm
c. Analog circuits layout design, PMIC
