- Lead the complete implementation, including Product Installation and Integration
- Prepare planning documents
- Establish credibility at all levels within the clients
- Provide Leadership and work guidance to associates
- Drive Functional and technical discussions with client project team during discovery/design sessions
- Must have ability to integrate existing systems by conducting technology and system assessments
- Key player in delivery & global implementations
- Minimum 5-6 years of hardcore implementation experience in SAP (In any of the modules) i.e. FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HR, CRM etc.
- Experience of complete end to end implementation
- Working on DPR (Detailed Project Report) preparation and documentation skills for As-Is and To-Be processes
- Experience of global assignments would be preferred
- Experience in leading team and peer code review
- Excellent written oral communication ability
- Candidate must have Passport in place, and must comply with H1B visa requirements
- Company would sponsor visa for selected candidates
