- Would be Responsible to Manager Air Conditioning, Ventilation & Refrigeration Company including Project Tendering, Project Designing & Project Commissioning Execution.
- Need to handle team of Engineers & Technicians
- Responsible to execute International Commercial HVAC projects considering building codes and standards.
- Perform tailor made design of Commercial HVAC systems considering the Project.
- Implement process-based quality management system ISO 9001:2008 in the Company
- Ensure excellence in company by training, developing and recruiting the staff.
- Ensure that costs are controlled
- Develop & implement S.O.P. for the Company
- A young, dynamic, energetic, highly visible, approachable and results-oriented leader, must have excellent operational experience as well as great people skills in order to provide a high level of leadership to in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of perform and exceed targets.
- Ability to work under pressure. Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to achieve results in all areas of the balanced scorecard.
- Having Great Knowledge About the Air Conditioning, Ventilation & Refrigeration.
