- Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
- Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly.
- Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
- Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
- preventive maintenance record should be maintained for all the machines.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-8 years experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in HVAC industry.
- Knowledge in welding machine maintenance.
- Knowledge in Hydraulics/Pneumatic machine maintenance.
- Knowledge about preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge about assembly shop maintenance.
- Knowledge about Electrical.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and strong PC skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and resourcefulness.
- Problem Solving skill
- Self-motivated.
- 5+ years experience
