Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal system and regular consultation with line managers and human resources departments.
    Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on both the organizations and the individual's needs;
    Assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme and presenting it to core management team.
    Working with various departments to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all employees in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at core management team.
    Developing and delivering effective induction programs.
