REPORTS TO: Head of IT Projects
PURPOSE/OVERVIEW:
Responsible for managing the execution of IT projects from conception through delivery including planning, team management, scheduling, deliverable quality and execution support.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
A) FINANCIAL/MONETARY: (REVENUE/COST):
Project Benefit Realization:
Monitor and manage projects' financial & non-financial benefits and cost to ensure 100% achievement.
B) CUSTOMER/CLIENT: (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL):
Project Management:
Complete all strategic projects in a timely manner in accordance to the approved requirements and quality.
Communication:
Responsible for communicating progress, delays and all escalations to concerned parties.

Coordinate and liaison all projects requirements with IT vendors/consultant
D) PEOPLE/EMPLOYEE: (UNIT & BANK WIDE):
• Review project proposals or plans to determine period, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available departmental resources to various project phases.
• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of projects, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
• Formulate and define technical scope and objectives of projects.
• Confer with project staff to outline work plan.
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required tasks.
• Assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnel.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Review status reports prepared by project personnel, and modify schedules or plans as required.
• Prepare project reports for management, clients or others.
• Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

• Coordinate and respond to requests for changes from original specifications.

Looking for a Liferay Developer to join the Engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to become part of the Liferay Portal development team.
The position is for candidates who have good knowledge in Liferay Portal administration, configuration and development.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the installation, configuration, and implementation of Liferay's Java-based technologies.
• Cooperate with the Support Team in the 3rd level of support of the product.
• Be responsible of administrating, configuring, implementing and developing portlets on Liferay portal.
