- We are looking for a female candidate only, with minimum 5-7 years of experience in core training.
- Must be from Hospitality, FMCG or Retail industry (not from BPO or Airlines)
Should have 30-40% knowledge of content development (Instructional Designing course, etc.)
Should have 60-70% strength on training delivery.
Look for candidate who have done degree or diploma in training/ certification courses like ASTD (American School of Training & Development), ISTD (Indian School of Training & Development), CIPD (Customer Interface Personality Development), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), TTT (Train the Trainer).
Someone who has experience in training store staff is preferable.
