Job summary: 
 To perform, oversee and implement sales activities of the Hospitality Sales team in order to achieve and exceed the set budgeted revenues of the Asset & Investment Management. 
 Asset & Investment Management 

Major responsibilities and accountabilities: 
 Maintain high level of exposure for the Assets & Investment Management in major market areas 
through direct sales solicitation, telemarketing and written communication 
 Negotiate corporate agreement of behalf of The Apartments 
 Monitor the business flow within own set of corporate accounts and design necessary actions based on accounts production analysis, in order to meet personal production target and maximize revenue for the Apartments and Assets and Investment Management 
 To cooperate with Manager- The Apartments in managing profitability of Assets & Investment 
Management activities with a main focus on The Apartments 
 Effectively maintain communication within the Apartments and the other related departments of 
the Company for successful execution of service and products delivery to customers. 
 Implement and supervise sales action plans as outlined in the marketing plan 
 Be aware of market scenario, market developments and competition activities, assess new potential business and implement special programs to achieve greater productivity for The Apartments and Assets and Investment Management Division as a whole
 Assist other sales personnel to plan sales activities in order to assure customers satisfaction and 
repeat buying and to develop new business sources 
 Maintain a professional image & attitude towards external and internal clients. Assume and overall 
confidential role in dealing with clients, suppliers and personnel matters. 
 Assist in preparation of Marketing Plan & Budget and coordinate a compilation of necessary data 
and information 
 Involve in Venue and Exhibitions’ operations as and when required by Management, which include 
 Shows, Exhibitions and Promotions etc.

Qualifications: 
 Previous experience is Sales 
 Graduate from a hotel school is an asset 
 Must be fluent in English, spoken and written 
 Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage 
 Good computer skills 
 Mature, outgoing, service oriented, responsible and committed, people oriented, must be reserved 
yet assertive and who can maintain confidentiality. 
 Highly organized and able to cope well under pressure 
 Analytical communicator 
 Able to independently take decisions

 Guide direct and motivate new members of Sales to reach their optimum performance
