Responsible for the Technical Sales for assigned verticals/accounts, includes successful Sales mapping with optimized technical and commercial bid preparations.
    Key Objectives of the Job: 
    1. Developing Telecom & Automation Business Activities, Products and Vendor development, and to get registered under government and assigned verticals. This is very important objective of this role.
    2. Manage the complete aspects of bid preparations, including product positioning, pre-bid engineering, detailed estimation, technical bid, commercial bid preparations, site visits, bid presentations etc. (for the tenders from those assigned verticals/accounts)
    3. Responsible to map the key decision makers of sales process and for successful bid, for the assigned accounts and verticals in all aspects for all products and solutions offered.
    4. Products and vendor management.
    Design & Bid
    1. Enquires/Bids for assigned accounts/verticals: Responsible in preparing bids and bid presentations, client interactions and mapping the key decision makers for successful bid. Techno Sales activities in converting the orders successfully.
    2. Lead the Pre-Sales design: Estimation and optimized bid proposal. Pre-Sales works including product positioning and detailed technical bid submittal. Optimized estimation and successful bid proposal for both commercial and technical aspects.

    Sales (For All Systems and Products on assigned vertical/accounts)

    1. Identify, target and create healthy prospects & generating enquiries.
    2. Manage and develop the sales and marketing activities in complete, meeting or exceeding the assigned objectives and targets.
    3. To meet or exceed the Sales (Both revenue turnover and margins) Targets of self consistently.
    4. To meet or exceed the minimum new and existing call (weekly targets).
    5. Competitive intelligence on enquiries and projects.
    6. Understanding requirements of all key accounts and mapping them successfully.
    7. Ensure prequalification and registrations with clients, contractors and consultants
    8. Ensure optimum design, product positioning and successful costing.
    9. Ensure timely preparation and submission of complete proposals.
    10. Ensure customer satisfaction on project completion and liaison with the projects as required.
    11. Preparing and conducting presentations for sales, PQ, post tender, negotiations etc
    12. Ensure order transfer to projects as appropriate.
    13. Supporting the team for timely collection of payments and financial closure of projects.
    14. To meet or exceed the yearly budgeted revenue prospects.
    15. Business Diversifications and vendor developments to cover complete range of Divn activities
      - Graduate in Electronics or Electrical (B.E / B.Tech) 

      - Candidates with experience of 8-10 years in Pre-sales / Sales of ELV products like CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems , Intruder Alarm, Physical Control Equipments, BMS, AV Systems, PA/VA systems, PID systems, etc. 
      Generating Sales Enquiries and business development as required.
      -Strong presentation and communication skills required. 
      -Experience in managing large accounts is mandatory.
      -Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills.
      -Shows drive for results and takes initiatives. 
      -Self-motivated, with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision
      -Experience in managing products/vendor relationship shall be an advantage.

      Having Gulf experience and valid GCC Driving licenses will be given preference.

      Candidates having Project Sales experience working with system integrators are only to apply.

      2-3 years Oil and Gas Project Pre-sales & Sales experience is mandatory for this position. We will not consider any candidates are not having this mandatory requirement.
