Qualification: ITI/Diploma
Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in same field
Job Responsibilities:
Carries out the daily recording and collection of vibration readings of Rotating equipment in Pearl GTL complex and off plot areas.
Carries out condition monitoring, reliability and performance analysis as per reliability
management program and plans.
Follows daily work schedule and instructions received from condition monitoring supervisor.
Collect operating data on a routine basis of all rotating equipment using hand held
instrumentation(Snapshot) as well as permanent instrumentations mounted on these equipment
To accept work orders and verbal instructions to tasks to be done including those for predictive
maintenance, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
To keep schedules of routine preventive maintenance tasks of all rotating machines and ensure
that they are implemented within the periods allocated.
Down loads the routes from system1 server to Portable Data collector (Snap Shot).
Upload all the vibration readings and operational data to system1 server for accurate trends
analysis and better diagnosis.
Carries out to collect Pre-maintenance vibration readings and post -maintenance vibration
readings to ensure that readings are within acceptable limits, if required by operational.
Assist the Sr. Condition monitoring Technician for vibration analysis.
Utilize the sysem1 predictive maintenance system to carry out condition monitoring survey on
rotating equipment throughout the Pearl GTL complex and off plot areas.
Hands on experience on Bentley Snapshot PDC.
Mechanical Supervisor
Qualification: Relevant Diploma with SAP/CMMS Knowledge
Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience on maintenance shutdown activities
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily maintenance activities according to plans, work request priorities and resource and material availabilities. Manages the planned completion times for each job. Ensure efficient and cost effective completion of maintenance and repair jobs for rotating, stationaryand mechanical machineries and equipment of the assigned area. Demonstrate knowledge andability to disassemble, overhaul, and repair of rotating machines like reciprocating/centrifugalcompressor and pumps, gas and steam turbines, diesel engines and static equipment like boiler,heater, and heat exchanger valves.
Receives daily maintenance and repair work schedule, allocate work to subordinates, checks progress, and ensure that all mechanical checks and tests are carried out prior to hand over to operations. Support workshop technicians in the execution of their jobs. Interprets technical drawings, isometric, sketches for work and provide guidance and instructions.
Update SAP with actual man-hours for each work requested executed by the workshop. Inspects completed works to ensure QA/QC and conformity with work request.

Reviews raw materials store’s stock level to ensure that stocks are maintained at adequate
levels for current and future work programs. Adopts ‘Reverse Engineering Method’ in case the spares are not available in the store.
Manages the operation of Tool Store ensuring that consumables are regularly reordered and
refurbished and damaged tools are replaced promptly.
Ensure compliance with maintenance and engineering work method and procedures. Ensure
systematic update of SAP/CMMS systems.
Carries out regular technical inspections to verify all mechanical maintenance, installation or
modification work is completed according to specifications and in compliance with QHSE
standards.
Identifies and recommends requirement for specialized contractor work. Supervises contractor’s activities on site to ensure compliance with their contractual obligation and QHSE standards.
Takes Health, Safety and Environment lead in ensuring “Safe System of Work” and “Safe
Condition” are in place within area of responsibility.
Demonstrate visible commitment to HSE by periodically leading/taking part in risk assessment, audits, HSE meetings and emergency drills etc.
Ensure assigned staff comply with all company HSE policies and procedures and related
initiatives.
Participates in On-The-Job training of assigned Qatari developers, monitor their progress and
makes recommendations on how to support their learning and progression.
Monitor and manages workshop technicians performance. Participate in annual performance
appraisal of staff.
Perform other similar or related duties as assigned.
