Years & Field of Experience required:
5-7 years’ experience preferably sales Operations in a Telecom or IT environment
Principal Functions :
Responsible for sales operations for Managed indirect function.
The job responsibility includes overall support to channel managers in ensuring smooth sales operations activities across channels.
Responsible to track customer orders; approvals and delivery in coordination with service delivery and channel partners
Responsible to extend required support to channel team with customer information; documentation and support
Responsible to extending required access; support or training on systems for channel partner back office teams
Responsible in driving and implementing sales process improvements
Hands on experience with CRM is preferable
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Overall responsibility of smooth functioning of channel sales operations
2. Responsible to track all customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
3. Responsible to extend all required support to KAM’s for customer related queries; support
4. Responsible to ensure system access; training and support is extended to channel partner KAM or back office staff for smooth functioning of sales operations
5. Responsible for driving and implementing sales process improvements
6. Responsible to extend required support to collections team for timely recovery of debts
7. Work closely with channel partner managers; customer care and service delivery to ensure smooth sales operations management
8. Track and drive initiatives to smoothen the sales operation processes
