- One of our reputed Client"s in KSA who are involved in Metro Projects Company urgently requires "Contracts Manager".
The job description is as follows:
* BE/ BTech Civil Engineering with 15- 22 years Metro/ Morno Rails/ Trams/ Light Rails Etc. experience including 5-6 years experience in GCC / Gulf Countries.
Job Duties.
* Analyze contracts, documents, correspondence, verbal inputs and their surrounding circumstances to identify time and money claim and claim defense opportunities and exposures, and conceive and develop approaches and formulations to optimize the Main Contractors interests with respect to Main Contracts, subcontracts, consultancies, supply agreements and insurances
*Coordinate with Project and regional colleagues the issue of notices, the accumulation of records and pricing data, and the preparation of time quantification / substantiation data
*Compose, edit and refine interim and final time and money claim submissions, assessments and responses, and follow through to settlement
*On an as-needed / as-capable basis, perform the same role with respect to warranties and bonds / guarantees
* Advise colleagues on the interpretation and consequences of contract documents, correspondence, etc., and provide training on contracts and claim procedures
*Identify and coordinate any necessary specialist support
* Monitor and report upon the foregoing
* Should have knowledge of FIDIC or MRICS or IRCS.
