Chemical/ Mechanical/ with experience in running and managing an agrochemical plant, able to carry out formulation of agrochemicals and also produce agrochemical active ingredients.

Seeds R & D Breeder
1.Production of Seeds.
2.Responsible for Breeding new varieties of seeds, R&D functions of seeds.
3.Plant Breeder able to Develop new family line of seeds with superior genetics.
4.Handle R & D center to yield trails with new seeds under development.

Laboratory Manager
Responsible for QC function as a whole and implementing the proper systems in place for the lab.
Able to manage lab and use lab equipment such as GC,HPLC and others analytical instruments.
Worked in Agrochemical company.
Worked in agrochemical company before and having knowledge of a wide variety of formulations and active ingredient production.
Experience in running and managing ab Agro Chemical company.
9+ years experience
Marketing Manager
Agronomist with strong experience in selling branded Agrochemicals/Pesticides.
Able to structure and develop sales strategy with distributor channel.
Highly motivated to work in the field at the farmer level to push the product sales.
Candidate from Agro chemical background will be Advantage. 
Should learn Indonesian language

1.Strong Tech. person, should handle machines,Inventory control of mechanical spares and maintenance cost. 
2. To ensure zero breakdowns and 100% preventive maintenance of machines.

Mech/ elec Engineer with a previous experience in chemical plant preferably Agrochemical Production Equipment.
Automatic liquid and powder filling and packing machines.
