Looking for a Head of Air Freight Services for Port Elizabeth, South Africa location.
- Making strategies to develop Air Freight Product.
- Driving sales people to promote and sell Air Freight in Africa
- Generating budgeted Volume.
- Generating budgeted GP with targeted yield.
- Increase wallet share from existing clients
- Bringing new clients on board
- Achieving the desired ROI on working capital deployed.
- Taking weekly reporting of the team and driving them to achieve their targets
- Planning for various trade lane drives.
- Maintaining rapport with Air lines / surveyors etc.
- Maintaining rapport with various trade bodies and collecting industry data.
You must have the following skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferable in a Business course)
- 10 years’ experience - 5 years’ experience in Africa.
- You must be based in South Africa
