- Major Job Responsibilities:
1. Broad Function: To achieve continued growth in sales and profit by initiating, co-ordinating and implementing activities pertaining to CEMAC Region. Managing the Distributors & the Field Force. Facilitating all business activities e.g. marketing research, registration, stocking, logistics, sales, tendering, payments, etc.
2. Principal Responsibilities:
a. Planning, Developing & implementing the marketing plans and strategies to achieve the sales objectives; co-ordinate with the Product Management Team to develop country specific promotional strategies; provide market feedback.
b. Establishing the Company & its products in the assigned countries;
c. Train, Develop & Motivate the Field Force; Developing a stable team & stable operations
d. Ensuring that the Distributors implement the agreed norms e.g. timely payments, order preparation & placement, pricing, etc.
e. Opening new markets in CEMAC Region; Identifying good local partners, negotiation of terms, product selection, pricing, co-ordination for prompt registration.
- This position will be based out at Younde, Cameroun.
The candidate should be a B.Sc., (B.Pharm with Management Degree \ Diploma will be an added advantage).
Should have Two to Three years experience in handling Formulations Business in CEMAC Region, in a reputed Pharma Company.
- Bachelor accommodation, Living Expenses, Telecommunication Expenses, Vehicle (maintenance & fuel) + Field Work Expenses at actual, within sanctioned limits; salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidates.
