Maintenance Technician

Qualification: BE/B-Tech in (Electrical/Mechanical) Licensed Engineer is a plus

Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in Maintenance/Engineering works.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
From or with FMCG industry experiences
Packing line maintenance, a must
Basic understanding of Utility experience
Hands on experience in PLC, sensor, SCADA, electrical panel wiring, troubleshooting, switch gear, transformer, breaker
Have experience in attending mechanical breakdown and/or troubleshooting
Understanding of bearings, sprockets, chains, pump set, couplings, and conveyors
 
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Completion of all maintenance tasks as assigned.
Fault finding / problem solving of equipment and machine break down.
Analyses equipment failures, determines cause(s) and makes necessary adjustments or repairs and communicates to provide feedback to line leaders and engineers.
Assure compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures and with applicable federal or local codes, regulations and requirements.
Conducts safety compliance inspections and maintains records of the same. Follow and maintain GMP, ISO, QMS, HACCP, 5-S’ and Work Safety standards. Adhere to cost effective practices as well as continuous improvement and Kaizen encouraged in the department.
Create awareness among colleagues of cost factor and contribute to plant’s cost reduction program.
To contribute to the ongoing efforts towards reduction of cost by providing concrete technical solution including better management of utilities

Junior Graphics Executive

Qualification: Diploma with Designing Software Skills/Certification

Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in same field
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Adobe Photoshop (Cs3-Cs5), Illustrator (Cs3-Cs5), Corel Draw (x3—x6), In Design – (Cs3-Cs5)
Relevant experience in a Graphic Design for packaging industry and must have a portfolio of work to prove this.
Hands-on end to end graphic design experience in FMCG industries.
Strong marketing innovation background to successfully identified opportunities and to develop consumer insight-driven concepts and/or designs.
Focus on candidates who has experience working with international brands or organizations.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
The Jr. Graphics Executive works under Executive to oversee all packaging and artworks in the Industry by maintaining the standards of the product and company.
Assist Graphic Executive for designing, coding, unit testing, building, deploying, and supporting application software.
Work with multiple languages, typographical elements, strict legal requirements.
Assist on marketing support material, for example, catalogues, van designs, menus, etc. when required.
Follow up on proofing of artworks with suppliers.
Help with in-house operational activities, such as, production requirements, new product development and sampling requirements.
Liaise across all departments within the Organization for packaging design.
Conceptualizes, designs and executes a wide variety of design to projects.
Generates ideas, creating visual concepts and delivery of all requirements within the mandated objectives and timeline.
