Technician - Roll Turning Shop
    Scope of Position ,

    Execute the Roll Turning Shop activities .

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Execute the technical process for roll shop (roll / ring rolls /guides / shear knives machining Turning ,grinding , shaping
      
    2. Change the warned out cutting tools and redressing of them according to work standard, 

    3. Perform the machining for the repaired (welded) wearing parts of guides.

    4. Share in the Preparation of roll shop trouble shouting manual which covers all roll shop process / working areas and avoid the frequent troubles. 

    5. Report to senior Technician about the plant breakdowns and share in the problem solving process.

    6. Follow up the execution of company regulations.

    7. Keeping the plant clean

    8. Keeping the safety regulation of personals and equipment's.

    Desired candidature. : ITI / Diploma with minimum 7-11 yrs. of experience in same function 

    Junior Engineer & Technician (Mech. Maintenance - Rolling Mill)

    To look after entire maintenance and break down of WRM Mill.

    Shutdown & Spare planning related to mechanical maintenance of above areas.

    Responsible for monitoring and controlling the make-up water equipment's.

    Inventory Control of material consumption by dept.

    ISO documentation work.

    Maintenance of equipment such as Air Compressor, Gas Compressor, Expansion Engine, Centrifugal pumps etc...

    Sr. Technician - Electrical (W. R . M)

    Execute routine maintenance jobs as instructed by Shift Engineer for Electrical equipmentand assemblies of Mill area. 
    Get the proper instructions & guideline from shift engineer before starting the job and return the same after finishing the job or at the end of the shift clearly marking the status of the job. 
    Monitoring /maintaining all electrical parameters of the electrical and instrumentation equipment like transformers, motors, chargers, motor feeders, panels etc. Maintaining proper log sheets.
    Temporary electrical connection and disconnections in the plant as per requirement and taking care for safe connection.
    Usage of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as per the job requirement 
    Ensuring adherence to safety practices.
    Training and guiding the team members& trainees.
    Avoiding losses to contribute for production cost. Required Competencies:
