We are partnering with a major multinational to appoint a Key HR Business Lead in their Dubai-based operations. This organisation has a presence in more than 100 markets worldwide. Its Middle East/Africa operations hub is out of Dubai, and regional roles here cover over 20 countries. This is a dynamic, fast-growing corporation that has experienced a ‘stretch’ in its HR talent base in recent years.
Reporting to the Middle East/Africa Head of HR and with a dotted line to the Global Head of HR for this particular business unit, will be lead a small team in partnering to a group of senior management in a high-performing department. Your role will touch on all aspects of HR. You will cascade objectives through in-country HR representatives across 20 countries, as well taking part in global initiatives.
You can currently be based anywhere in the world and with a keen interest to be based in Dubai. You will have gained your HR experience in reputable multinational environments, with preferably some exposure to the financial services space. You should be at Director level and be able to demonstrate a threshold to thrive in a complex organisational structure.
