- Experience Required: 2-5 years of Marketing & Sales exposure at MYANMAR in Heavy Machinery/ Tractor /Construction equipment industry
Position Description:
To achieve the organizational objectives to grow sales and market share, develop dealer for higher channel sales & enhance geographical foot print. Build platform for sustainable business growth & to providing after-market guidance & support to retain higher customer satisfaction level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve consistent sales growth YOY in line with the target .
2. Improve Channel sales by excellent dealer rapport, team building and continuous training.
3. Up-date market intelligence in terms of competition strategy, pricing, product positioning, application, segments, new development needs, etc., to share with HO to evolve right strategy.
4. Meeting the Sales Targets in the existing & newly defined market and taking ownership for entire sales life cycle from Leads to Closure
5. Responsible for higher price realization and timely collection.
6. Facilitate HO for Myanmar Business Plans and form a part of strategy planning for the country.
7. Timely submission of reports, forecasts and country performance status with improvement plans/suggestions
8. Must travel extensively covering length and width of the country.
