- Maintain the professional standard of the hotel and personal hygiene of staff, good relations with all guests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Monitor food preparation methods carefully
- Ensuring customer enquiries are dealt with quickly, efficiently and courteously.
- Handling customer enquiries and complains about food quality and service.
- Maintaining hotel standards and taking ownership of guest satisfaction.
- Producing plans to maximize/increase sales and profit of the organization.
- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives etc.
