Skill Sets
Thorough knowledge of Quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc.
Excellent client management skills.
Ability to interact and work with a cross functional geographically dispersed team (onshore and offshore).
Ability to handle change, drive and manage change.
Strong project management skills and mentoring ability.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to build a process improvement culture, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in achieving the desired outcome.
Project management exposure/ skills. Desired exposure to consulting, reengineering projects as a team member or lead.
Must have experience of leading large improvement projects/programmers.
Onshore consulting experience would be an advantage.
Must be certified Black Belt from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g. ASQ/ISI or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology
Experience of working in global and virtual team/consulting assignment would be a definite advantage
Must have hands-on experience in project management tools
Must have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skills
Must have high energy levels and ability to influence stakeholders
Basically from Voice or Call Centre Background
