Business Analytical Associate (USA)

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs. 

• Role & responsibilities:

Work with clients to understand their business challenges and formulate business problems
Work with teams based out of India in solving these business problems by translating the them
into an analytics problem solving framework
Identify the right data elements that help in arriving at the solution
Enhance the offshore team by providing business context
Present results to senior management through insightful recommendations
Ensure service delivered is consumed and create tangible business impact
Building relationsh

• Required Skills:

Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought
Ability to learn complex businesses very quickly, define problems accurately while paying
attention to detail in the solution
Hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, SQL. Skills in SAS/R are good to have.
Ability to extract and analyze data from multiple sources using analytical tools
Proficiency in data analysis using statistical and mathematical tools and techniques
Ability to develop deep relationships with clients and offshore teams built on trust and
credibility
Manage tasks and/or people with tight deadlines and be able to multi task
Project management experience is a plus

• Education Qualification

Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Business, Statistics or Economics

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Other requirements:

• Candidates must have valid authorization to work for any employer in the US
• Flexibility to relocate within the USA based on project requirements
• Openness to undergo technical training in India delivery unit as and when required.
