Responsibilities:
To lead and manage the people related initiatives in India with key responsibilities as under:
Ideate and develop an appropriate People Strategy to support the Business Objectives of the company
Management and Administration of facilities including Environment, Health and Safety
Providing Leadership, Direction and Expertise for Total HR function covering: Employee Relations, Employee Compensation, Employee Engagement, Organizational change and Recruitment & Selection.
Partnering with Business Heads to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum engagement of the Team while actively managing headcount targets and assisting in managing the budget
Engage in activities relating to Talent Acquisition and Retention, Compensation Strategy, Employee Development and Training, Performance Review
Lay Down HR Systems and guide the team towards higher performance in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data.
Handle sensitive employee relations including issues related to disciplinary actions, exits and terminations as per Local Regulations, Coaching the Organisation on people management, counselling employees and managers as well as the senior management team.
Profile :
You are around 35 to 40 years of age, with over 10 plus years of business experience including at least 2-3 years as Head of HR in an organization of repute.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Equivalent Qualification.
You have work experience in progressive, Fast Growing, mid-sized Organisation engaged in Printing or Manufacturing Hightech Products / Jobs having multi-division operations.
Must have experience of handling HR responsibility (i.e. handling employee relations, compensation, and recruitment and performance Incentives / management, Initiating and Handling training and Employee Development) and Leadership experience with Growth in the Career
As a person, you are open-minded and collaborative, have strong inter-personal skills to deal with diverse stakeholders sensitively, and with a dynamism to initiate new ideas and actions
Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
