JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Participate in the Companys annual Budgeting exercise
2 Draw out detailed Marketing Plans and strategies for the achievement of goals
3 Ensure Customer Relationship of the highest order.
4 Be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and other relevant documentations.
5 Participate effectively in the customer complaints handling process, such that appropriate and justified redresses are provided.
6 Provide effective leadership to the Sales and marketing tream, actively managing the business development process
7 Groom sales team to become effective at the market place; keeping track of the progress they make vis a vis targets.
Graduate preferably in Printing Technology; PG in Management would add weight
Industry : Printing/Packaging; preferably associated with Self Adhesive Labels, Flexibles and Tags.
The candidate is required to have 8 to10 yrs experience in Marketing Packaging products, preferably Self Adhesive labels, Flexibles and Tags to varied segments of the market; Experience in leading a team of representatives mandatory.
