HR Director for International NGO (Bangladesh)

Experience: 15 to 25 yrs.

BRAC, the world's largest NGO is looking for a HR Director to develop & drive mid term / long term Strategic HR policies, Change Management and Operational activities.
Build and improve HR capacity & drive the organizational culture change project

Corporate or NGO candidates with minimum 15 years HR / OD work experience, of which atleast 9 should have been in a senior manager capacity at Country or Regional level. International Exposure and multi country experience preferred. Knowldg of Bangla
