Client Profile: Our Client, a reputed Contracting Group, who operates as a general contractor both in Turkey and abroad and carries out airport and rail system projects, large scale infrastructure works, construction of industrial plants, business centers, hotels, hospitals and other such projects on a turn key basis.

Project: Infrastructure
 
Construction Manager

Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.

Age: 35 - 45 years 

Qualification: B.E. - Mech. / civil 

Experience: Minimum 10 years in similar position with proven competence having executed at least one major infrastructure project.

Responsibilities:

1. Work Site organization and its management
2. Proficient in Construction Method
3. Contract Management in contract review
4. Overall planning for Construction methods
5. Budgeting for the project
6. Mobilisation and Demobilisation of manpower
7. Design co-ordination at site for timely inputs
8. Overall quality control
9. Management of logistics
10. Organising specialized teams for specific jobs
 
Project Manager
 
Experience: 12 to 18 yrs.
 
Age: 40 50 years 

Qualification: B.E. - Mech. / civil 

Experience: Minimum 12 years 

Responsibilities:

1. Project management including overall planning, budgeting, quality control, timely execution etc.
2. Overseeing designing with timely inputs for site execution
3. Overseeing material management
4. Mobilisation and Demobilisation of manpower

Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience 
 
Technical Manager
 
Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.
 
Age: 35 - 45 years 

Qualification: B.E. - Mech. / civil 

Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in engineering and technical aspects of infrastructure project, being in similar position in one project. 

Responsibilities:

1. Participating in engineering and technical support management
2. Procurement of Material , Labour and Services
3. Cost Management
4. Document Control

Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience 
 
Financial Affairs Department Manager
 
Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.
 
Age: 35 - 45 years 

Qualification: MBA/CA 

Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in financial management in major infrastructure project, having been in similar position in one project.

Responsibilities:

1. Fiscal and Financial Management
2. Budgeting and Cost Control

Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience 
 
Admin Manager
 
Age: 35 years

Qualification: BA / B. Com

Experience: Minimum 10 years of administrative and site logistic management experience in infrastructure project.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Affairs
2. Logistics support for manpower
3. Time office, transport control and office upkeep

Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience 
 
QA/QC Manager
 
Age: Around -35 yrs

Qualification: B.E. - Mech. / Electrical /Metallurgical) or Equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control including inspection activities in infrastructure projects

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for advising, guiding and motivating line management on QA and QC activities and related technical matters at site.
  • Responsible for implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.
  • Responsible for relevant QA and QC training for site personnel and overseeing that they understand and effectively deliver their QA and QC responsibilities as per quality plan and procedures.
  • Reporting to highest executive management within the organization to ensure authority and freedom to execute assigned responsibilities.

Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience  
 
Procurement Manager
 
Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.
 
Age: 35 40 years.

Qualification: B.E. - Mechanical/Civil

Experience: Min 10 years experience in procurement function in an engineering & construction company of repute that execute major infrastructure projects. He must have worked in similar position.

Job Responsibilities include:


  • International and local sourcing of plant, equipment and material etc. to 
  • Support project execution.
  • Cost and Time effective procurement functions 
  • Negotiate and finalize project purchases of procured items.
  • Negotiate rate contracts for standard material
  • Manage efficient order processing and invoicing procedures

Desired Profile:

Candidates should have:

  • Thorough knowledge of procurement functions
  • Thorough knowledge of international suppliers
  • Exposure to an ERP environment or computer based procurement and stock management system essential
  • Excellent command over English
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills
  • Good man management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and documentation 
  • Exposure to MS Office packages

Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience
