Multiple HSE Positions (Kazakhstan)

QED is urgently looking for candidates for below listed positions:

 

1.      Environmental Engineer

 

Education  

The job holder must have a Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in an environmental protection or earth-sciences related discipline. The job holder will be required to successfully complete RoK Safety Knowledge Assessment (SKA Blue Book) within one month of taking up the position.

Skills

Knowledge in ISO 14001 and 9001, waste management, laboratory-specific, environmental monitoring aspects. Ability to communicate effectively in both Russian and English (verbal and written skills). Knowledge of Kazakh language is desirable.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years environmental management experience in related industry, including working with environmental legislation applicable in RoK.. Relevant managerial experience. Experience as an environmental regulator and/or consultant would be favorable.

2.      HSSE & SP MS & Standarts Advisor

Education

The job holder must have Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering. The job holder will be required to successfully complete RoK Safety Knowledge Assessment (SKA Blue Book) within one month of taking up the position.

Experience

Min 10 years working experience in Oil and Gas company; at least 5 years site / field experience

Skills

Knowledge of RoK HSSE laws and legislations. Effective interpersonal and convincing skills are essential. Self-starter & self-motivated. Good analytical, problem solving, communication, facilitating and presentation skills are essential.

3.      Senior Corporate Reporter

 

Education 

The job holder must have Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering. The job holder will be required to successfully complete RoK Safety Knowledge Assessment

(SKA Blue Book) within one month of taking up the position.

Experience

Min 10 years working experience in Oil and Gas company; at least 5 years site / field experience

Skills

Knowledge of RoK HSSE laws and legislations. Effective interpersonal and convincing skills are essential. Self-starter & self-motivated.

Good analytical, problem solving, communication, facilitating and presentation skills are essential

4.      HSSE Campaigns administrator

 

Education 

The job holder must have at least a Diploma in any discipline.  The job holder will be required to successfully complete RoK Safety Knowledge Assessment (SKA Blue Book) within one month of taking up the position.

Experience

Superior organizational and administrative, systems management skills. Ability to work independently, set priorities and manage workload with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal skills both face to face and on the phone. Superior writing skills associated with drafting official correspondence to Government agencies, Minutes of meetings, presentations. Able to multitask and manage conflicting priorities with a positive attitude.

Skills

Computer literate (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Words). Good communication skill and able to establish positive relationships at all levels.

5.      HSE Engineer

Education 

The job holder must have at least a Degree in Engineering/Science. The job holder will be required to successfully complete RoK Safety Knowledge Assessment (SKA Blue Book) within one month of taking up the position.

Experience

At least 8 years experience with at least 5 years in EP upstream oil and gas business. Demonstrable experience on incident investigation and root cause analyses. Familiar with Tripod Beta or equivalent. Good understanding of the business risks.

Skills

Good analytical, problem solving, communication, facilitating and presentation skills are essential.  Computer literate especially on presentation and database handling using MS Excel and MS Powerpoint. Self initiative and industrious

6.      Senior HSE Training Instructor

Education 

A Degree or recognized qualification in engineering, construction or a science base would be an advantage. The job holder ideally should have a NEBOSH International General Certificate and/or IOSH Certificate.

Experience

Minimum of 8 years in an HSE environment, preferably having worked in the Oil and Gas industry both on and offshore, for Construction and Operations. Have had 3 years previous experience as an HSE instructor. 

 Skills

Good presentation and communication skill. Computer literate (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Words).
