Experience: 7 to 12 yrs.
7+ yrs of Exp in Procurement (Contract Section) preferably in petrochemicals or oil & gas industry.
Responsibilites:-
Prepare request for Proposal /bid(RFP)
Evaluate bids, prepare bid evaluation reports and tables
Prepare draft contracts and orders
Coordinate with internal clients for all procurement related activites
Coordinate with suppliers for follow ups on various procurement activites.
Work along with sourcing specialist /leaders to meet companies requirement
Comply to local ,regional fiscal legal rules and requirements
Coordinate dispute resolution with vendor and services
