Customer Service Manager

Experience: 7 to 10 yrs.  | Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 18,00,000 P.A


Provide training on Order Management to Customer Service team. Liaise with commercial unit to conduct trainings / Market visits to enhance product/market knowledge of Customer Service team. Participate in the S&OP meeting with, business units.


Candidates must have a Gulf markets experience of 3 to 4 years

Customer Service Executive

Experience: 3 to 6 yrs.  | Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A


Manage complete Bid to Dispatch process and service ERCO customers at a level of quality above expectations and to ensure that ERCO services and relations with external and internal customers are at the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Candidates must have gulf markets experience of 0 to 2 years
